HOW DO I SECURE MY SUITE?
Paying a security deposit reserves the suite for you. The cost is half of one month’s rent.
HOW DOES PARKING WORK?
One parking spot is included in your rent and will be assigned when you move in.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS?
We have a no smoking policy in all of our buildings.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY RENT?
In addition to your suites amenities, your rent includes a parking spot and your water bill if applicable.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF RENTING?
You don’t have to pay property taxes, building improvements, or the water you use. Lawn care and the upkeep of grounds, snow removal, building maintenance, and all in-suite repairs, including major appliance repair are all paid for by us, your landlord. In short, we do all the work!
HOW CAN I PAY MY RENT?
Rent can be paid at the office in cash, cheque, post-dated cheque, or interac. You can also pay using etransfers and auto-debit if you cannot make it into our office on or by the first of the month.
DO I NEED INSURANCE?
Yes, you need content insurance. Contact any local insurance agencies to purchase content insurance.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY SMOKE DETECTOR DOES NOT WORK?
At your Move In Inspection you will be shown where your smoke detectors are located and how to test them. If this did not happen, please contact the office so that we can go through this procedure with you.
